Dee Anne Dinelli has photographed over 100 images of people experiencing homelessness in Nevada County, California. Her work embraces opening her subjects’ and viewers’ hearts while learning their stories. These images and stories inspire inclusion and common humanity, shifting perceptions, and promoting compassionate action towards a complex social dilemma.
Dee Anne is the photographer for the Voices of Our Story/A-Place-To-Call-Home project, an ongoing arts initiative using multimedia arts to communicate stories. This project is currently funded by a grant from California Humanities.
